DEPUTY President William Ruto now wants his crimes against humanity trial date at the International Criminal Court pushed from May 28 to a date not earlier than November. Through his lead lawyer Karim Khan, Ruto told the Trial Chamber V that there has been a delay in the disclosure of evidence by the prosecution including some of the witnesses. Khan told the judges that the identity of P-0534 has not been disclosed to the Defence and his team is remains unable to review the witness's un-redacted statements and then plan and conduct investigations.
