Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will this evening be addressing participants at the Time CEO Africa Summit in the UK. Raila will deliver his keynote speech on the prospects for African trade, investment and growth to the third annual summit at the Savoy Hotel at 5:45 pm this evening.
