THE position of secretary to Busia Public Service Board will be re-advertised after the applicants failed to meet one of the legal requirements. Speaking at the home coming of Deputy Speaker Moses Ote in Teso North, Deputy Governor Kizito Wangalwa said an applicant for the job needs to be a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya holder. “Out of eight people who had applied for the job, none of them is a Certified Public Secretary with good public standing, a feat that made the selection panel to disqualify all of them. “We have no option but to re-advertise the same this week.
