Two petitioners have filed a case at the High Court today challenging the continued stay in office of the 47 county commissioners appointed by retired president Kibaki last year. The two, Charles Omanga and Caleb Okech submitted the petition at the courts in Milimani, Nairobi in which they are suing Provincial Administration and Internal Security Permanent Secretary Mutea Iringo and the 47 county commissioners over the matter.
