HOMABAY MP Peter Kaluma has urged the court to terminate a case in which he is charged with fraud. Kaluma through lawyer John Khaminwa told the court that the case should be withdrawn so that he can perform his duties and serve his county better. “The charge sheet at the Magistrates court should be struck out. It is lacking in merit. I am now an honorable Member of Parliament, and before that I was a full practitioner of law, a lecturer at the University of Nairobi and an author of books.
