THE International Criminal Court has concealed from the public the second reason why a judge declined to try President Uhuru’s and Deputy President William Ruto’s cases. Judge Christine Van den Wyngaert did not want the full details of her April 8 application made public. The ICC presidency led by Judge Sang-Huyn Song released a redacted version of the application.
