A gang of youth hired by Cotu boss Francis Atwoli yesterday beat and injured controversial activist Boniface Mwangi before police intervened and whisked him away. Mwangi tried to shout down Atwoli when he took to the podium to deliver his Labour Day speech. But was swamped by the men dressed in suits, who wrestled him to the ground and dragged him out of Uhuru Park.
