THE High Court has ordered former East Africa Legislative Assembly speaker Haithar Haji Abdi and his agents to vacate his Karen house with immediate effect. Giving the orders, Justice J.M. Mutungi said that Abdi is tresspassing since the property was sold by public auction in June 2004 and issued a permanent injunction barring Abdi and his agents from entering the premises The Judge also directed Abdi to pay Southdowns Developers Sh6.3 million for damages caused by his continuing to occupy the house since the sale.
