THE Parliamentary Service Commission and the Salaries Remuneration Commission have been ordered to respond to a case challenging MPs' demand for a pay rise. High court judge David Majanja told the two commissions and the Attorney General to reply to the case filed by activist Okoiti Omtatah within 14 days. The Ag wanted the case to be referred to the Industrial Court on grounds that the high court has no jurisdiction to determine the petition.
