TWO activists who allegedly shouted at Cotu secretary general Francis Atwoli during Labour Day celebrations yesterday have been charged with offensive conduct conducive to a breach of peace. However, the suspects Boniface Mwangi and Richard Amwai who appeared before chief magistrate Kiarie Waweru Kiarie did not plead to the charges against them following objection by their lawyers Harun Ndubi, B Lemba and Chaha Muita.
