Education, transport the biggest spenders

The Jubilee government yesterday unveiled its 2013/14 budget. The Teachers Service Commission, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology are the biggest beneficiaries of the Sh1.01 trillion budget. The last budget estimates presented by former President Kibaki’s government totalled Sh1.45 trillion. The Judiciary and Parliamentary Service Commission tabled their budgets too.
