THE Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission failed to present its final report to President Uhuru yesterday. The commission had sent out alerts that it will hand over the report ahead of today’s statutory deadline. The commission's CEO Tom Chavangi told the Star that the commission had not gotten an appointment with the President yet. “We are still waiting for confirmation of the time and venue,” said TJRC's communication’s director Kathleen Openda.
