President Uhuru Kenyatta this morning left the country to attend the 21st Extraordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government of IGAD member states in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The plane carrying the President and his entourage departed from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport shortly after 8.00 a.m. President Kenyatta was seen off at the airport by Deputy President William Ruto and senior Government officials led by the Head of Public Service and Secretary to the Cabinet Mr Francis Kimemia.
