The Ministry of education has announced a recruitment drive for trainee P1 teachers set for July this year and has asked all those wishing to apply for the training to do so by May 21 and register in their respective zones. The ministry has said it wants 8,600 trainees from the applicants who will be enrolled into public teacher training colleges in the country.
