Mombasa governor Hassan Joho has named his former competitor, Tendai Mtana, in his yet-to-be- completed list of 10-mem- ber cabinet. Mtana is among the seven names submitted to the county assembly for vetting. The other three are yet to be named. He has been given the Education docket. The list of seven includes only one woman, Binty Omar, who will be heading the Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries docket.
