THE Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission was due to hand over its final report to President Uhuru Kenyatta on Friday but he was in Ethiopia. On Friday the Office of the President told the TJRC that they could not receive the report on Uhuru's behalf as it had to be given to him in person. Previously they advised the TJRC that Uhuru was busy and it was difficult to fix an appointment. Even if the delay is innocent, it gives the wrong impression.
