A man who allegedly hacked his uncle to death over a land dispute three weeks ago at Rawa village in Siaya, was yesterday lynched by residents. The man is said to have gone into hiding after the incident. Rawa chief Felix Opiyo said the residents laid an ambush for the 20-year-old man and frog-marched him to his deceased uncle’s home. They then beat him and set him ablaze. Opiyo said the deceased has been taken to Siaya District Hospital mortuary for a postmortem.
