Kericho County governor Paul Chepkwony has promised to build a modern athletics track in the county in the near future. While addressing athletes during the 2013 edition of the Kericho International Marathon over the weekend, Chepkwony observed that it is only by building such a facility that they will manage to tap and develop the abundant talent. “We have already budgeted for the laying of the tartan track.
