BOBASI MP Stephen Manoti yesterday told county assembly representatives from the constituency who led people in demonstrations over a list of CDF committee members to seek redress in court. Speaking to the Star on phone, Manoti said legal action could be taken against the representatives for ejecting staff and locking the CDF office at Nyamache. The representatives led by Henry Moracha of Basi Central, Right Okenye of Basi Bogetario and Nyamweya Mosota of Basi Boitang’are had accused Manoti of "hand picking" the committee members in violation of the CDF Act 2013.
