Taita Taveta governor John Mruttu has blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta's government for undermining devolution by reducing their funding. Speaking during the opening of a two day induction course of Taita Taveta County assembly members at Sarova Taita Hills Hotel, Mruttu said reducing funding for county governments is an indication that the government is not committed to devolution.
