Ward reps ask for more pay

KAKAMEGA assembly has adjourned indefinitely over demand for higher salaries by members, stalling county business. Addressing the press after the adjournment yesterday, majority leader Reuben Nyangweso moved a motion of adjournment of the house until the Salaries and Remuneration Commission increased ward representatives' pay.
