NYANDO MP Fred Outa has accused National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi of double standards a day after he was suspended for misconduct. Speaking to the Star yesterday, Outa said he will continue disrupting the House if the Speaker will not “style up.” The MP said Muturi suspended him but did not discipline MPs Antony Kimani (Kikuyu) and Mithika Linturi (Igembe South) when they made derogatory statements before the Assembly.
