TEACHERS in Laikipia county have protested against mass transfers of secondary school teachers in the region. A teachers union is up in arms over the move saying that it was not consulted. Kuppet executive secretary Ndungu Wangenye said that they would not allow the transfer of over 30 teachers that has been done without their consent. He said that the move would not ulger well with the education standards in the region.
