A lobby group is seeking to quash the appointments of two members of the Board of Directors at the Kenya Ports Authority. The Public Corruption Ethics and Governance watch-dog wants the court to restrain Hassan Kulow and Gabriel Comba Kivuti from participating in board meetings. High court judge Isaac Lenaola yesterday directed the matter to be argued on April 5 in the presence of all parties. The public watch-dog has sued Transport minister Amos Kimunya, who on March 4 published a gazette notice appointing Kulow and Comba as members of KAA board of directors for a period of 3 years...
