NINE former members of the Anglican Church of Kenya are suing the church for excommunicating them. Jacob Mbau, Monica Mbau, Kyalo Maluki, Janet Mutuo, Cecilia David, Edward Mulyungi Tabitha Mulyungi, Jonathan Kimathi and Eric Syanda claim that the church has locked them out of their place of worship at the Kitui Diocese and all Anglican churches worldwide without a good reason.
