SAFARICOM has launched the Safaricom Development Challenge, a competition that will see those with ideas to develop mobile apps supported through a mentorship programme. Through the initiative, aimed at equipping entry level developers with entrepreneurial and technology skills, the best performers will be awarded prizes as well startup capital to grow their ideas.
