KISII governor James Ongwae yesterday said that his administration will harmonise national and county employees for the sake of efficient and effective delivery of services to the people. Speaking at Ufanisi Resort where he launched Rapid Results Intiative after a three day workshop for departmental heads, Ongwae asked the national government employees to serve the residents. “I urge all national employees to change their mind set and focus on service delivery to county residents because that is the most important thing,” Ongwae said.
