BUSIA county representatives reconvened on Friday for their induction to learn about their roles in devolved governments. The representatives had on Tuesday boycotted the induction demanding better perks. The move paralysed the county assembly's activities including the vetting of 10 members of the executive committee and approval of the county budget.
