The Chairman of the Truth Justice and Reconciliation Commission Bethuel Kiplagat has said that they are ready to hand over their final report to President Uhuru Kenyatta. Kiplagat who spoke to the Star in Kilgoris town over the weekend said that they were waiting for the President to set the date he will receive the TJRC report after the commission term was extended to allow it complete its work.
