PRESIDENT Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President Willam Ruto are planning to appoint special advisers on various matters. Some of them will be based at State House while others will be working from the official residence of the Deputy President in Karen. “Both the President and his deputy are keen to ensure that they make the best and well informed decisions that will take this country forward.
