THIRTEEN suspected members of a separatist group including a witch doctor were yesterday arraigned before a magistrate court in Mombasa. The suspects were arrested on Sunday by detectives sent to the Coast region to contain groups calling for succession. Inspector general David Kimaiyo in a bid to curtail the gangs that include the Mombasa Republican Council and the Nyuki Movement for Independence deployed 300 detectives in Coast.
