A 52-year-old businessman was yesterday charged before a Kibera court alongside his 18 year old son for allegedly assaulting their neighbour. Mohammed Razak and Abdul Razak were jointly charged that on April 21 this year at high ridge area in parklands they unlawfully assaulted Jaswinder Singh Tumbe thereby occasioning to him actual body harm. They denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Daniel Ochenja and through their lawyer they asked the court to release them on reasonable bail and to supply them with all the relevant witness statements that will be used during the hearing...
