FINANCIAL advisory services firm Ernst and Young has set shop in Juba, South Sudan that will be headed by a Kenyan, Patrick Kamau. The firm said it wants to tap into the new office will serve clients in the financial, oil and gas, mining and agricultural sectors including the donor community and the Government of South Sudan. It is the eighth office that the firm has opened within Eastern Africa. The firm has offices in Kenya, which is the regional hub; Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and Ethiopia.
