A rift has developed in the TJRC at the last minute over alleged attempts by some commissioners to doctor the final report. The report has been ready since May 3 but the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission has been unable to hand it over to President Uhuru Kenyatta who has not been able to grant them an appointment because of his crowded diary.
