AN organization that empowers sexual minorities has urged the government to enact necessary legislation to allow gender minorities access necessary procedures and documentation. In a statement to The Star, Persons Marginalised and AggrievedKenya says the government should also repeal certain sections of the law, which have been 'oppressive' to the group.
