Former Cherangany MP Joshua Kuttuny has faulted MP Wesley Korir for collaborating with some American NGO’s to distribute condoms in the constituency "instead of prioritising key issues". Speaking to the Star on the phone yesterday, Kuttuny said Korir should give priority to education to ensure needy students who are yet to join Form One get a helping hand before dealing with contraceptives. “I left Cherangany when it was morally upright. This condoms issue may encourage immorality especially to the under-18's," he said.
