Three days after the swearing in of Garissa county assembly members and election of the speaker, a group of county assembly representatives-elect that absconded the exercise have said that they will be moving to court to challenge the exercise. The exercise was marred with confusion after a section of the elected members opted to stay away over disagreement of the election.
