Police in Naivasha are holding a 14-year-old boy, who allegedly murdered his father after a quarrel. The boy, who is being held at Kongoni police station hit his father on the chest with a rock after an argument in Huruma, Ndabibi. According to a neighbour, James King’ori, trouble started after the father got upset by loud music coming from the son’s room. Quick efforts by police and the public saw the suspect arrested as he tried to flee. Naivasha deputy OCPD Paul Korir confirmed the murder saying that investigations were still going on.
