THE Kakamega County transition committee has identified the town hall as the office space for the governor-elect Wycliffe Oparanya. The space ends two weeks of bickering between the committee chaired by county commissioner Albert Kobia and the Kakamega Stakeholders’ Forum after Oparanya declined to occupy the two floors on block “B” and “C” at the provincial headquarters.
