PRIME Minister Raila Odinga has supplemented his evidence of alleged March 4 electoral fraud with expert af- fidavits and fresh evidence. The new evidence includes claims of vote inflation and reduction at 122 polling centres compiled by ODM ex- ecutive director Janet Ong’era. Raila filed the affidavits on Satur- day in reaction to the responses by the IEBC and president-elect Uhuru Keny- atta last week.
