Teso Elders have asked Deputy President-elect William Ruto to include Teso South MP-elect in the Cabinet. Led by Abel Karani and Aggrey Oteba, they said Mary Emaase (URP) is the only woman MP-elect in the region. “She deserves a Cabinet secretary position for win- ning a seat in a Cord domi- nated county,” he said.
