Judge upholds dad's rights to his child

A High Court has rejected attempts by a woman child to restrain her ex husband from accessing their 4-month-old child. Lady Justice Odero declined to overturn orders by a children's court giving the father access rights to his son, Wafiq Fahmi. Rayan Mohammed,the ex wife of Fahmi Salim filed a certificate of urgency to stop her ex husband from accessing their child.
