AUDF leader has asked county assembly members to exercise sobriety when electing the speaker. Kakamega party county chairman Moses Lumiti said representatives should not be driven by partisan interests. “I appeal to members of UDF and ODM to be impartial for us to have a competent speaker ,” said Lumiti.
