THE speaker of Kakamega county assembly has called for amendment of the constitution to allow assembly members to speak in their mother tongue. Maurice Buluma wants the Kakamega assembly allowed to use the Luhya dialect. He said most assembly members may not be able to express themselves well in either English or Kiswahili.
