THE Law Society of Kenya Chairman Eric Mutua was warned by Chief Justice Willy Mutunga yesterday after announcing that the society will carry an audit of the March 4 general elections. Mutunga said Mutua should be the last person to undermine the authority of the Supreme Court. The chief justice issued summons to Mutua to appear before the court in a date to be determined by the Registrar of the Supreme Court.
