FORMER Nairobi mayor George Aladwa has moved to court to challenge the election of Benson Mutura who was declared Makadara MP. Aladwa in his court documents now wants to be declared the duly elected MP for Makadara or the elections for the said constituency be declared null and void. He claims that Mutura was not duly elected as the MP for Makadara. Aladwa vied for the seat on an Orange Democratic Movement ticket.
