THE government should offer lasting solution to perennial floods affecting Nyatike district, two MPs said at the weekend. Migori women's representative Dennitah Ghati and MP Edick Anyanga said dykes should be built along rivers Migori and Kuja and a dam to control the floods. “The government should speed up efforts to address the issue and provide a permanent solution,” Ghati, who visited Nyora and Kabuto Primary Schools over the weekend said.
