A Chinese tourist was killed by a hippo in Naivasha on Sunday night. According to Osman Ibrahim, the warden in charge of Hellsgate National Park, the middle-aged woman left her room at the Lake Naivasha Country Club at around 9pm after spotting a baby hippo. She was taking photos of the young hippo when its mother attacked. “The woman was injured on the waist and neck and was rushed to a nearby private hospital where she was pronounced dead,” he said...
