A former Kenya Wildlife Service director who was sacked following a controversial recruitment of the parastatal's rangers has lost a bid to get his job back. Evans Mukolwe had asked the court to revoke the appointment of the current KWS CEO and reinstate him to the position. Yesterday, High Court judge Weldon Korir said Mukolwe had had not established any basis for seeking such orders. “What he had placed before court is a dispute between an employer and an employee.
