ICC ignores CJ's 'poison letter'

ICC judges have faulted the procedure by which the February 13 letter threatening Chief Justice Willy Mutunga ended up at the court. The letter together with Mutunga’s February 20 statement on judge’s security and elections were transmitted to the court on the same day- February 20.
